5 Year French Family Weekend

This past weekend was a big and busy one for us. It was our big 5 year French Family Reunion and it lasted AAALLLLLLL weekend! We started things off Friday afternoon with a Ladies' Tea at my Aunt Joyce's and it was WONDERFUL! Then we had an ice cream social at the house where Brent and I were married that weekend. I was in charge of t-shirts this year, and spent most of the time passing those out, but they said the ice cream was delicious - Brent said Mags ate TWO bowls!

Saturday some of the crew took part in a around the county Scavenger Hunt where the prize was $$ and they had a blast! There was a "Nickelodeon Day" that afternoon where the kids got covered in slime and threw pies at each other! Saturday concluded with our annual River party, complete with an awesome fire works display and the Robbie Limon Band.

Sunday we all piled into the bleachers at MMA for a family picture- thankfully it only took about 20 minutes to get us all positioned and shoot the picture because it was HOT. The girls and I then headed to the pool with the usual crew until it was time to get ready for Uncle John's 90th birthday party which was catered by Shaffer's and held at Shenandoah Vineyards - it was a great way to end a great reunion!
